This garment is made from four rectangular pieces - two for the front and two for the back. Each piece uses the same three lace stitch patterns. For the bottom, designer Yumiko Alexander chose a lace pattern that makes a horizontal line with a wavy edge, and the upper lace creates bold, vertical lines.
You can complete this piece as a pullover by seaming the center front or leave it open as a cardigan with no center front seam.
