East Coast Swing by Elizabeth Smith is a swingy, A-line vest that’s perfect for multi-seasonal layering. It’s knit all in one piece from the hem to the shoulders and features wide seed stitch front panels that also wrap around the upper back for a unique and flattering fit. Two length versions are provided for versatility - a ‘standard’ 13” length (green sample in photos) and a ‘long’ 16” length (not shown). And tutorials and tips of every technique used in this pattern are provided on my tips page (link in pattern). This kit is set up with enough yarn to knit the 13" length option. The yardage needed to make a 16" length is as follows: Approx 900 (975, 1075, 1175, 1275) (1375, 1475, 1575, 1675, 1775) yards.
SIZES:
XS (S, M, L, XL) (2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, 6X)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:
Bust Circumference: (when fronts overlap to approx back width):

Picking Your Size: I suggest picking a size whose finished bust circumference is approximately 1-4”/3-10 cm larger than your actual bust measurement, depending on your
desired fit. Shown in size S (35.5”/90 cm), being worn
with approx 2”/5 cm of positive ease at the bust.
GAUGE:
