Connections by Yumiko Alexander is an asymmetrical, colorful cowl. Just like jewelry, it is a little piece of personal adornment, adding a unique sense of style to an everyday accessory. It is fun to make and wear. You first knit a panel with one color, then knit the subsequent panels in alternating colors and connect to the previous panel as you go. The method of joining makes a cable-like texture and adds great character to the cowl.

GAUGE:
18 sts x 24 rows = 4”/10cm in Stockinette stitch pattern (blocked)

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

22”/55cm neck circumference (adjustable)
14 ½“/35.5cm long at longest panel

MATERIALS:
2 skeins (2 colors) of Silk + 
shown in L Gray (color A), Lava Rock (color B)
This cowl is knit using US 8 knitting needles.
