Harequin Shawl by Catherine Salter Bayer is a simple right angle shape worked with large needles that quickly weaves itself in variegated color as it grows, by adding one stitch at the beginning of each RS Row, and another stitch at the end of each WS Row. The Shawl Body is bordered on two sides by a Bunting Edge worked in a smaller scale, giving visual emphasis on the playful triangular motif theme.
