Want to learn how to crochet or would you like hands on help working through a crochet project? Margaret is available to work with you! This is a great option for kids 8 years and up as well as adults.
Margaret is available to teach in person at our Berkeley shop located at 2921 College Avenue.
We're offering 60 min in-person private lessons right here in the shop. They run $50 per hour. Please leave us a description of what you would like to cover with Margaret during your lesson at checkout and call the shop at (510) 647-8789 or send an email to imagikniteast@gmail.com to schedule the lesson.
Semi private (2 person) lessons are available for $75/hour. Interested in creating a private class with 3 or people? Just reach out and we would love to set something up!
Supplies List for Intro to Crochet Lesson
You can bring your own supplies from home or purchase them in-store. The cost of materials is not included in the registration fee – If you need to pick up supplies, please visit us during store hours or 20 minutes before your class begins to allow enough time to choose your color and wind your yarn into a ball.
- Worsted weight (weight #4) cotton yarn such as Nifty Cotton
- Size H/5.0mm or US7/4.5mm crochet hook
- Locking stitch markers
If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible and at least 48 hours ahead of the day and we will issue a store credit for the cost of the lesson. Day before or day of cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the lesson cost. No shows cannot be credited or refunded.
