Free Pattern Friday: Lizard Ridge

This is a fun project!

Lizard Ridge by Laura Aylor is made by making squares and seaming them together.

The squares are knit using short rows. The pattern calls for a self-striper with long color runs (shown in Kureyon).  Approximately 1 skein of Kureyon was used for each square.  You can use one or many colors.

Don't like seaming? The instructions also include a version for making this in one piece!

We made one using many colors of Silk Garden.

Lizard Ridge

It's knit using sizes US 8 and 10 (for binding off)  needles.

Can't wait to cast on? You can snag the pattern here and the yarn here

Happy knitting!
