Free Pattern Friday: Knit-a-Squares

A great way to learn new stitch patterns while creating something beautiful!

Knit-a-Squares by Sophia Minakais is a super fun way to make a blanket!

The pattern includes 35 different blanket block designs knit in worsted weight yarn. Our shop sample (pictured) was made using Zooey, a gorgeous cotton/linen blend. Stop on by and check it out!

Knit the whole set to make a full size throw or choose your favorite squares and combine them to make anything from baby blankets to bedspreads.  They make great dishcloths when knit in cotton

Specific yardages for each square are specified in the pattern.

Size: 35 squares 8"x 8" each/ assembled blanket 40" x 56"

The squares are knit using size US 7 needles. 

 Gauge: 5 sts = 1 inch
