Garnered by Alicia Plummer is knit using Ecological Wool. Fronts and back are knit flat, joined at the shoulders with a 3-needle bind off, then seamed at the sides. Sleevves are picked up and knit in the round. 
It's intended to worn with 4-8"
To select your size, add desired ease to full bust and pick the closest size based on the finished measreuments on the pattern.

Needle Sizes: US 9 and 10 (or sizes to obtain gauge)
Gauge: 15.5 sts and 20 rows = 4" in Windblown Lace pattern
