Free Pattern Friday: Mitaines Rainbow
Keep your hands warm (and your heart warmer) with these cozy fingerless gloves designed by Elise Dupont.
They are a great way to use up scraps of sock yarn. You only need 2 or 3 grams of yarn per finger and no, they don't have to match!
If the idea of dyeing yarn appeals to you, this could be a great excuse to start. Take an undyed fingering weight yarn (like Mechita in natural) and separate it into tiny hanks to experiment with different colors.
These gloves could also act as a scrapbook of all your past sock projects. Let each finger remind you of the different pairs you've completed and find a main color to tie them all together!
