Interpretations Spotlight: At Dawn

We saved one of the customer favorites for last. Everyone who dropped by to check out the trunk show was instantly drawn to this asymmetrical shawl.

Using simple short rows and blissfully easy to knit garter stitch, this shawl plays on color in a subtle but elegant way.

Finished Measurements:
80” from side to side and 26” from top to bottom at deepest point.

Materials :
Yarn: 440 yards fingering weight yarn in main color and 440 yards of contrasting color
Needles: US 2½ (3mm) circular or straight needles

Gauge :
20 stitches and 30 rows to 4 inches in garter stitch, after blocking (really stretching the fabric). Note: Gauge is not crucial for this project. However, changes might result in a different yardage requirement.
