Holiday Knitspiration: Cabled Owls Hat

h960

Stay cozy in our cabled owl hat made from Malabrigo Twist.  One of the most underrated of the Malabrigo family, Twist features cloud-like softness and boasts a satisfying gauge of 4 stitches per inch.  Cabled though it is, you’ll only need one skein of Twist to make this hat.

For a limited time, this pattern is available for free with the purchase of the yarn to make it.  If you’re shopping with us online, please mention that you’d like pattern H960 in the “special instructions” section at checkout.

Holiday Knitspiration: Woodland Hoodlet

Simply put, we are utterly captivated by the whimsy of the Woodland Hoodlet.  We’ve seen some hoodlets come through the shop (some of our staffers have made a few as well), and they all exude such charm.  A delightfully swift knit on US 15s yet such a unique and intricate design, the Woodland Hoodlet is sure to impress.

The pattern calls for 5-7 balls of Big Wool or comparable super bulky yarn.  Pick up the pattern and get started today!

Holiday Knitspiration: Picot Cowl

s830 2

Our picot cowl uses just one skein of Silky Merino — an incredibly soft and vibrantly colored 50-50 merino wool and silk blend.  Bordered with a sweet picot edge, this easy-to-love accessory pops against neutrals and when worked in a semi-solid colorway, blends seamlessly into any ensemble.

We used the popular colorway Piedras, pick your color and get started today! This pattern is available in print and digital download here.
