We now carry Stacatto from Shibui

Perfect for the coming summer months (or for beating San Francisco’s infamous June Gloom), Stacatto is lightweight, drapey, and super soft. Comprised of 70% Merino Wool and 30% Silk, this fingering weight yarn would be great as a shawl, gloves or summer hat.  Its color range is so sweet and would make amazing Endpaper Mitts. Flipping through Knitscene Summer 2013, Stacatto would be great in so many of these patterns as well.

Customer Creations: Maggie’s Ishbel

Maggie1

When Maggie strolled in wearing her Ishbel shawl, the entire ImagiKnit staff was captivated by how charming it looked draped around her neck.  Maggie was kind enough to let us photograph her lovely shawl.  She used one skein of Malabrigo Sock in Violetas Africanas, but feel free to pick your own color.

The pattern for Ishbel is available in Whimsical Little Knits 1. For more patterns in the spirit of whimsy, check out our collection of publications by Ysolda Teague.
