MATERIALS: #8 12” circular needles and dpns or 2nd circular same size
1 sk Lorna’s Laces Angel
Stitch markers
Darning needle
Scissors

GLOSSARY:

sk: skein(s)
st st: stockinette stitch
CO: cast on
Dpns: double points
PM: place marker
K2tog: knit 2 sts together
st(s): stitch(es)
BO: bind off

GAUGE 4 ½ sts/inch in st st

INSTRUCTIONS:

CO 56 sts loosely.
PM and join being careful not to twist.
Knit all rounds until work measures approximately 5” from CO edge.
Decrease rounds (change to dpns or add in 2nd circular when sts become too tight around):
Round 1: *K6, K2tog*.
Round 2: *K5, K2tog*.
Round 3: *K4, K2tog*.
Round 4: *K3, K2tog*.
Round 5: *K2, K2tog*.
Round 6: *K1, K2tog*.
Round 7: *K2tog*.
Round 8: *K2tog*.
Break yarn. Use darning needle to thread through remaining sts.
Weave in all ends.
