It’s time again to share some Customer Creation photos - Alosha’s spectacular cardigan was inspired by the book Viking Knits, by Elsebeth Lavold. Would you just look at those cables! The yarn used is Jo Sharp DK Wool, in the color Pistachio.
Claudia knit herself this beauty - the pattern is the “Benedikta Patchwork Sweater” from the book Noro: Meet the Man Behind the Legendary Yarns. The yarn used is (of course) NoroSilk Garden Sock. Love those stripes!
Now, you would be grinning too if you had designed this amazing cabled sweater! Bill used Cascade 220, the perfect yarn to showcase all those wonderfully textured stitches.
Cat looks lovely in her Kid Silk Haze scarf. All those mitered squares make for a perfect mix of pattern and color. The mohair and silk blend is weightless yet warm, what more could you ask for with the weather we’ve been having?
Can I get a HOORAY for finished projects! Samuel is clearly excited with his coin purse, the second project this 12 year old knitter has ever made. It’s knit using Lamb’s Pride Bulky. His enthusiasm is wonderful!
Finally, Karina, Danielle, Danielle, and Ramey were participating in the “Amazing Bear Hunt” - a UC Berkeley scavenger hunt, where the clue describing ImagiKnit was a knitter’s paradise. Too true, too true!
